Our Company

We are a Consultancy dedicated to the support of the Chairmen and Chief Executives of businesses operating in our chosen sectors; IT, Telecomms, B to B Services and Food and Environment and the Public Sector.

We offer a range of services from effectiveness assessments of individuals and senior management teams through recruitment of Board level individuals, supporting M&A activity and the facilitation of strategic workshops and change programmes.

All of the above services are delivered by senior executives who will be bringing the benefit of their own successful experiences in similar situations. Our consultants have often already successfully addressed the challenges that their clients are facing.

Our marketing approach leans heavily on descriptions of past successes because we believe that potential clients will be more impressed by solid achievement than those dispensing formulae which simply re-cycle the client's own experiences.
