The "C&H Search process" is designed to produce candidates that fit well within the clients business, that start to deliver from the very early days and stay around to add maximum value. We pay particular attention to cultural fit, leadership styles and the clients Executive Resources Strategy.
We believe that the best Executive teams are those who systematically work on decision taking and team work. To augment our Executive Search skills we have a number of services to support our clients in these areas. There are two offerings; "Joining Up" is designed for the public sector, "On Track?"is aimed at the private sector.
We also have a module designed to support a company in an assessment of the sustainability of its current operating practices. These issues under the heading CSR are explored at some length in our Thought Leadership section.
Corporate and Social Responsibility
In today's corporate world the Executive charged with the single minded pursuit of profit must be supported by others who oversee several other vital considerations. The views of Governments, Shareholders and the Public must be considered together with the traditional care taken in communicating with Customers and Staff.
A company's "License to trade" may be restricted or withdrawn at any time by a public or Government offended by a company's business practices. A collapse in share value may be triggered by a similar reaction from shareholders and as the oil companies discovered a loss of pride in their employer or their own self respect by staff can severely impact otherwise profitable operations.
All of these issues are dealt with under the broad umbrella of CSR, Corporate and Social Responsibility. C&H and their associates have wide experience of recruiting CSR-savvy Executives in this area. We would draw your attention to the paper below which deals with these matters at greater length.
